Subscription & Licensing

This Service subscription agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between UX Shine, hereinafter referred to as the "Provider," and the individual or entity that accepts the terms of this Agreement, hereinafter referred to as the "Subscriber."

License Restrictions

1. Subscriber may not sublicense, sell, assign, or otherwise transfer the Subscription to any third party.

2. Subscriber may not distribute, share, or make the Subscription available over a network, either in part or in its entirety.

Intellectual Property

The Subscription is the intellectual property of Provider and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Subscriber acknowledges that this Agreement does not grant the Subscriber any ownership or rights to the Subscription or designs provided.

Termination

Provider reserves the right to terminate this Agreement at any time if Subscriber fails to comply with its terms or pay in the time frame agreed on.

Money Back Guarantee Disclaimer

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee starting from the date of purchase, or until the completion of one of the following, whichever occurs first:

• 3 small tasks

• 2 medium tasks

Eligibility

if the 14 days have not passed or one of the upper scenarios, refund can be issued no question asked. Refunds apply only to the initial purchase and do not cover additional services or third-party fees.

Refund Process

Once we verify your eligibility, we will process your refund within (specified number of days, e.g., 7 business days). Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

Exceptions

Refunds may not be granted if tasks are completed beyond the allowed threshold (3 small, 2 medium, or 1 big), or if the 14-day window has passed. Any breach of our terms of service (e.g., misuse or illegal activities) may void the refund guarantee.

Limitation of Liability

Provider shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Subscription.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all previous agreements, understandings, and representations.

By accepting the terms of this Agreement, Subscriber acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by its terms.
