UX Shine and its original work, features, and researches are owned by UX Shine and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

Termination

We may terminate your access to UX Shine, without cause or notice, which may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with your account. All provisions of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Changes to This Agreement

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. You should check this Agreement periodically for changes. By using UX Shine after we post any changes to this Agreement, you agree to accept those changes, whether or not you have reviewed them.
