Through UX Audit, user interviews & competitor analysis, We uncovered two high-impact opportunities, Map Pin Hierarchy based on previous user interest and behavior and surfaced by the AI analysis to personalize the map and streamline decision-making

We designed a 3 stage pin strategy:
Primary Pins: top interest locations personalized per user previous interest & behavior.
Secondary Pins: contextual recommendations expanding relevance.
Discovery Pins: zoom-level based hidden gems for deeper exploration.
We also suggested a new monetization opportunity for the businesses via Sponsored Pins, a revenue model within the highlighted pins that serve both user needs and business growth goals.
