Amazon and alibaba didn't require any legal documents before signup, but amazon had a payment wall for a monthly subscription, this can be a good business generating funnel once the business is well established

We then designed reusable components such as navigation menus, filter bars, tables, and analytics cards—allowing suppliers to view top-selling products, manage inventory status, and receive real-time notifications (e.g., “Product published” or “Stock running low”).
